Hi. I'm Chris.
A Full Stack Developer building with Next.js and Django — working remotely from Lagos, Nigeria.
Over the past 5 years I've moved through game dev, Python, Django, and frontend — each step teaching me something the last couldn't. These days I focus on building full stack products that are fast, clean, and built to last.
I believe great software lives at the intersection of solid engineering and thoughtful design. My goal is to keep pushing toward that intersection with every project I ship.

The journey
Didn't know what I wanted. Tried game dev — it wasn't for me. Gave it up and started from scratch.
Discovered Python. Fell into Django. Something clicked for the first time.
Shipped real Django projects. Worked in a team for the first time. Learned how to collaborate and ship under pressure.
Wanted more. Moved into frontend. Realized I didn't want to pick a side — I wanted both.
Building full stack — Next.js on the front, Django on the back. Finally feels like home.
How I work
Build it
I prototype early and build in the browser. A live link is worth more than any mockup. Real things are easier to react to.
Collaborate
Good software isn't built alone. I work closely with whoever is in the room — and I welcome feedback at every stage.
Keep it clean
I care about code quality, naming things well, and leaving a codebase better than I found it.
Keep experimenting
Not everything will work. That's fine. I'd rather try something and learn than play it safe and stand still.
